We have many of the featured monuments and other products in our local showroom. Our monuments are on display on our lot, and we have dozens of examples in inventory. This is just a small sample of monuments that we do, and can do anything that our customers require.

| 2. | What if I am ordering from out of state? |

C&M Monuments has a lot of experience from customers ordering from Coast to Coast. It is no problem to order and ship to anywhere in the United States. Please see our How to Order page for more information.

| |
C & M Monuments provides setup and delivery for our local customers. Each monument is set by the owner personally who has 20 years experience in monument setting.

| 4. | How can I be sure of what I'm getting? |
| |
At C & M Monuments, it is our goal to give our customers exactly what they want. In order to ensure accuracy of your order, we will mail, e-mail, or fax a printout of your monument before we make it. This is your opportunity to check the design, spelling, and overall appearance of your monument for accuracy. Only when you have approved the order will we schedule your monument for production.

| 5. | What about out of state delivery? |
| | Each monument that is ordered from us and is not in our delivery area, will be shipped directly to the customer or the person who is in charge of setup, whether it be the cemetery, funeral home, or a local monument company.

| 6. | Other sites advertise free shipping, do you? |
| | Internet sites that advertise free shipping, usually has the maximum amount of shipping already included in the price. We do not believe it is fair that someone near has to pay the same shipping as someone farther away. We will figure the exact shipping by the size of the monument and the delivery address and charge exactly what the freight company charges us. Residential shipping is higher than shipping to a commercial business, so if possible, ship to a business to save money.

| 7. | Is my monument guaranteed? What about damages? |
| | Each monument we sell is guaranteed against any defects in workmanship and quality such as pressure cracks and deterioration. We will provide a proof for accuracy of information to guarantee against mistakes. Each monument is crated and packaged to insure against damage, however if it is damaged, we will arrange for the monument to be replaced. We also guarantee our prices will be less than our competitors and will beat any written quote from any company.
